Can we rely on the Lenovo brand ?

I liked its price and had purchased this a while ago at $50 more than what the deal price says. My impression has been good, since as a developer I need to run couple of virtual machines ( Linux et el)

The plastic may give you feel like cheap – but I do not care. I do not need to impress a girl to use this machine.

So far the laptop is great with Windows + Linux in the VM. Since my VM needs a lot of memory, I added 4GB more.

Looking back I think I could have purchased some quad core i7 machines. They are not as expensive.

Fry’s had this notebook for $259. Unfortunately these were not available online, even when it showed. Fry’s is available only at some parts of US – TX and CA for example.
