Core i5-2320 Vs i3-2120
– The Core i5-2320 as well as the i3-2120 belong to the Sandy Bridge group of Intel processors.
– The Core i5-2320 is a quad core processor while the i3-2120 is a dual core processor ( of course with Hyperthreading support , but it is not the same as the real physical core ).
– The Core i5-2320 also support Turbo boost that is nor present in the i3-2120. All this combine to make i5-2320 substantially faster than the i3-2120.
– Both the processors, however, come with the same HD Graphics 2000 integrated graphics.

Some more details of Core i5-2320
The Core i3-2320 bumps up the base and the turbo clock of the i3-2300 by 200 MHz making it more competitive. Other features stay same, including the integrated graphics.
Some more details of Core i3-2120
The Core i3-2120 is the second generation Intel Core i3 processor ( Also called Sandy Bridge Processor) improving significantly upon the architecture that evolved from Arrandale. Although turbo boost is not available in the core i3-2120 ( The newer turbo 2.0 technology, that increases the time for which processor can be in the boosted state, is available only on the second generation core i5 and i7 processors), the processor still shows significant performance improvement over similarly clocked 1st generation core i3 processor. The more significant improvement has been in the area of integrated graphics unit.
