– The Athlon ii P340 is an older processor and has higher clock frequency ( 2.2 GHz Vs 1.60 GHz of E-350).
– The P340 has better processor performance than the E-350.

– The E-350, however, has lower power rating and comes with an integrated graphics ( Radeon HD 6310).

If you need a smaller notebook with better battery life and make use of the integrated graphics then E-350 is good. On pure CPU performance P340 is better.
