At $69 ( at the time of writing) AMD’s A4-3300 is least expensive Llano desktop APU, which should still be good for your basic needs. Its integrated graphics is decent, but if you are really looking some better graphics, you may like to take a look at A6 APUs. The A6 APUs have 320 cores as compared to 160 Cores in the A4s ( You may like to take a look at the List of AMD Llano APUs).
As for the processor comparison with Intel’s Sandy Bridge core i3s – the AMD’s A4-3300 trail significantly ( For example the 3.1 GHz, core i3-2100 leads significantly). The comparison, however, is not fair, as, the core i3-2100 is priced at $129 – almost double to that of A4-3300.
